5 Minutes, and your done!

CRANBERRY CHICKEN
(Sweet & Sour chicken - version 1)

When you need to prepare something super fast, this is the recipe!
Serve with a Baked potatoe and green salad, or great over rice.

1 16-oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 8-oz bottle French dressing
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Combine cranberry sauce, dressing, and soup mix. Put chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish, or 9x13" glass baking dish. Pour mixture over the chicken. Bake, uncovered approx. 1 hour. (Sauce should be thick and gooey!) Serves 8

This is also wonderful the next day. Break up your chicken pieces and put on a soft flour tortilla.
Roll up and eat!
