Bacon, Cheese & Potato Chowder
I'm making this for dinner tonight, don't know how it tastes, but looks yummy and simple!
Bacon, Cheese & Potato Chowder
Prep: 20 Total: 30
3 cups fat free milk
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
2 cups frozen Southern-style hash browns
1 cup Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 slices Bacon, crispy cooked, drained and crumbled
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
Mix milk and sould in large saucepan. Stir in hash browns. Bring to boil on high hear, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low simmer 10 min. stirring frequently.
Top with cheese, bacon and onions.
Makes 6 servings, 1cup each
